I just got through watching the first Republican debate and I found it… interesting. Not Reagan but interesting. So am I for?
Right now I’m leaning towards the Donald. But it is early and the election is a year away so I may change my mind. But for now it’s the Donald.
As I watched the Kelly File after the debate I realized that all were against Donald. With reason, he doesn’t put up with the nonsense. He did take Megyn to the woodshed but she doesn’t realize it yet. The Frank Luntz group turned negative towards the Donald, but no surprise there. I’m really not a big favorite of Frank’s focus group anyway. Never have been because in my judgement Frank’s group has always gotten it wrong. But be what may…
The news media, Fox included, wants results now, right this minute, but the reality is what will tomorrow bring, what will the people talk about, and really how did the Donald do?
Tomorrow morning, and all day, at work the conversation should be very interesting.
ADDENDUM:
I had to revisit this post because I misspelled Megyn’s name. So I thought I would take a moment and add some more thoughts.
This political correctness (PC) is really bad, worse than I thought. The Republicans play the political correctness better than the Democrats, those who created the process. It is PC which drives our country to destruction. It is PC which shuts down truth, eliminates humor, destroys speech (unless it’s a Democrat), and destroys freedom.
Well I got news for the PC crowd. Get over it.
My wife told me this morning I am very, and have turned very hostile. News flash: I have. I am so tired of PC crap, one cannot say anything if it offends someone. But let the PC crowd speak ill of real Americans and all is well. Nothing to forgive, move along, nothing to see here. So yes I have turned hostile.
I created my website for just this reason. It’s true I haven’t worked on it for awhile but life commitments have gotten in the way.
Bottom line is: We all say stupid things and if the PC crowd wants to be PC well they are finding they have a problem. That problem is Donald Trump and people like me.
So get over it!
